BrainStructureAges

BrainStructureAges (BSA) is a pipeline designed to automatically estimate biological subject's age using a T1w brain MRI. It gets an anonymized MRI brain volume in NIFTI format and produces a pdf report containing ages and volumes for each brain structure.

Age estimation

BSA produces an estimation of age for each brain structure based on deep learning models. These structure ages are then used to estimate the global biological subject's age. BSA models were trained using control subjects from 0y to 100y. Finally, all the brain structures are segmented using AssemblyNet.

Report

Once the process is finished you will be notified by e-mail so you will be able to download a package including some image files and two (CSV and PDF) reports gathering ages and volumes for each brain structure.
