A new holistic Atlas providing 350 structures is now available

holiAtlas is a comprehensive structural brain atlas created from ultra‑high‑resolution multimodal MRI (T1, T2, WM‑nulled at 0.125 mm³) of 75 healthy adults. This resource integrates multiple local anatomical delineation protocols into a densely labeled, multiscale representation of the human brain, spanning organ‑level structures down to fine substructures with 350 distinct labels. Built through advanced nonlinear registration and symmetric group‑wise normalization, holiAtlas offers coherent and consistent multimodal anatomical information at a level of detail that surpasses existing MRI‑based atlases. Its multiscale labeling enables flexible use in segmentation workflows, morphometric analyses, and neuroimaging research. Importantly, this atlas is made publicly available to the scientific community, supporting the development of new high‑resolution segmentation methods and applications across neuroscience.
